Curren$y announces new album ‘The Stoned Immaculate’ | Music News

I’ve said it once, I’ve said it twice and I’ve probably said it hundred times… Curren$y Spitta is arguably the hardest working emcee in Hip Hop today. After releasing fours solo projects, (two of which were official albums) and one group mixtape with Trademark Da Skydiver and Young Roddy (with another group set on its way this November 29th), the Jet Life Recordings CEO took to his Twitter account a few hours ago to announce that his next solo project will be called The Stoned Immaculate due out March 2012 [See tweet below].

The album (we hope) will be one of FIVE “planned” solo projects the former Blu Records recording artist will release next year along with Pilot Talk III, the often delayed Muscle Car ChroniclesPuff Daddy (with Chuck Inglish of The Cool Kids) and Re-Conversionalize (with The Alchemist). Discussing the follow up to his Covert Coup LP in an August interview with HipHopDX Spitta stated, “We’ve got more records done, but not albums. I got like two or three other songs by this guy that we haven’t put out. We’re just going to stack ‘em up. We’re probably going to do another Covert Coup if the world needs it.” Well it looks like the tandem have decided that “the world needs it” as the Cali bred production don recently took to Twitter to announced that the project is on the way  [See tweet below].
