Cormega forms M.A.R.S. group w/ Saigon, Action Bronson, Roc Marciano | Music News

In the tradition of The Four Horsemen, Slaughterhouse and others before them, New York MCs Cormega, Roc Marciano, Saigon and Action Bronson have joined forces to form M.A.R.S., HipHop’s latest so-called supergroup.

While the origins of the group are unknown, Cormega made the formal announcement via his Legal Hustle YouTube channel, saying that the hyper-lyrical collective – whose name is assumedly an acronym for ‘Mega, Action, Roc and Saigon – aims to “show n****s how to rhyme for real” and help bring lyricism back to the forefront of the genre.

He also took to Twitter to clarify exactly what M.A.R.S. is not – tweeting that, “MARS is not a supergroup, MARS is a PROBLEM!”

Their first collective release, aptly titled M.A.R.S., is produced by the legendary Large Professor and is said to be coming soon.
