Yep… respected lyricists Cormega, Action Bronson, Roc Marciano and Saigon have joined ranks  as the group M.A.R.S.. The first single “Mars” features production from the legendary Large Professor and the New York natives got together to shoot a short visual to announce the formation which you can watch after the jump.

As supergroups go in Hip Hop, its really important to  take any info of a new supergroup with a pinch of salt… as there have been a ton of so called groups that promised so much but delved so little on their promises to their fans. CRS anyone? The ORIGINAL incarnation of Murder Inc. (Jay-Z, DMX, JA Rule) anyone? Fantastic Four (Black Thought, Common, Pharoahe Monch, Talib Kweli) anyone? Golden State (Ras Kass, Saafir, Xzibit) anyone? Well you guys catch my drift.
