Chip + Iggy Azalea + Trae The Truth join T.I.’s Grand Hustle record label | Music News
London’s very own Chip (formerly known as Chipmunk) has officially signed to T.I.‘s Grand Hustle record label, and joins Australian rapper (and controversial XXL 2012 Freshman) Iggy Azalea and Houston’s Trae Tha Truth as newbies on the Atlanta label’s roster, which already includes B.o.B., 8Ball and MJG, DJ Drama, and Killer Mike among others.
Chip, who left his UK record label late last year, is currently over in the US hard at work on his forthcoming projects. Speculation has been rife that he was soon to announce a major label US venture and this association with Grand Hustle is a huge look for the rapper, who collaborated with the likes of Chris Brown, Trey Songz and Keri Hilson on his most recent album Transition.
