Busta Rhymes signs with Cash Money Records; first new single features Chris Brown | Music News


When it comes to power moves in Hip Hop this will definitely go down as one of them – after jumping a few label ships the iconic Busta Rhymes has officially joined Cash Money Records, announced with a viral video recently made by himself and Birdman in the studio.

YMCMB is already home to the likes of Lil Wayne, Drake, T-Pain, Nicki Minaj, Tyga, Mack Maine and more. With Busta signing up, they will be a force to reckoned with.

In the video below the two rappers speak of the alliance being a long time coming due to their mutual respect and history and hype up what is to come with their new affiliation and announce Busta’s first single signed to YMCMB will be a track entitled “Why Stop Now” featuring Chris Brown.
