Azealia Banks f/ Styles P – ‘Nathan’ | New Music
Fiery Harlem-hailing emcee (or dance artist, as she’d now like to be known) Azealia Banks may have pushed back her upcoming Fantasea mixtape (just a week, don’t worry), but she isn’t putting the new tunes on hold. Taking a trip across the Big Apple, she connects with veteran Yonkers rhymer Styles P for another otherworldly anthem.
Despite what the cover art may lead you to believe, “Nathan” isn’t the name of her pet cat (although I wouldn’t put it past Azealia to come up with something like that), instead this newbie is a PSA to the all the people out there talking trash, but who ain’t getting “nathan”. Strangely enough, Ms. Banks and Mr. D-Block make a pretty good pairing.
Check it out below and keep it locked for Fantasea to arrive on July 11th. The previously-heard “Jumanji” and “Aquababe” will both feature on the tape, too.
