Azealia Banks’ ‘1991’ EP release delayed | Music News

After killing it at Coachella festival only moments ago, Azealia Banks took to her Twitter yesterday to announce that her highly anticipated 1991 EP would now be delayed due to a change in her management.

By the sounds of things, her shift in management coincided with the time of her Coachella performance, and although the album will be delayed, it doesn’t sound like this will be a negative thing at all.

With more to work with, Banks sounds confident that it will make the EP sound more professional and polished. “No more Ghetto mixes and closet recordings,” she states.

For one of the expected shining artists of 2012, we’re confident she’ll use everything available to her in order to give us a smash EP.
