Alt-J – “Breezeblocks” (RZA Remix) | New Music

Jay Z‘s Life + Times site just released a special treat with an exclusive RZA remix for Alt-J‘s “Breezeblocks,” as the Wu-Tang member and longtime producer takes the British indie band’s single and adds a little oomph to the already standout quality of the track.

“Breezeblocks,” originally produced by Charlie Andrew, is off the the British quartet’s 2012 Mercury Prize winning debut album, An Awesome Wave, which you can purchase on iTunes here.

Fun fact (sponsored by Wikipedia): The name “Alt-J” is an allusion to the Greek uppercase letter delta (∆), which can be typed on Apple Mac OS X by the key sequence alt + J.
