50 Cent unveils “Outlaw” from new album | New Music

“Looking at the man in the mirror; I’m so hot.” –50 Cent

On Tupac‘s would-be 40th birthday 50 Cent unveils “Outlaw,” the first single from his new album. Shortly after dropping the track he tweets: “#outlaw is hot hate on wack shit not this suckers.”

Guess I’m a sucker. [for loooove..]

Not that I’m an immense 50 Cent fan in general, but this is a particularly weak opening cut. We’ll see about the rest of the album, which as yet has no release date as artist and label attempt to coordinate their vision.

“I tried to be cool with my record company,” the rapper tweeted this week. “I went to the meeting talk to everyone and sh*t feels like there moving in slow motion. I’m sorry to announce I will not be releasing a new album this year if we don’t get on the same page. I would rather not launch my album with out a plan the whole system is executing. I don’t know why they play with me they know how I get.

“My whole career iv been doing sh*t and they have been playing catch up this is the last f*cking album THEY BETTER WAKE UP AND WORK,” he wrote, adding, “I worked really hard on this album I’m not gonna let it come out like some bullsh*t.”
