As The Weeknd gears up for the November 13th release of his debut album, Trilogy – an amalgamation of his three independent mixtape releases House of Balloons, Thursday and Echoes of Silence – snippets of the newly added songs which will feature on the project have surfaced.
Abel’s usual haunting falsetto is present on previews of “Twenty Eight,” “Valerie” and “Till Dawn (Here Comes The Sun),” as he croons heartfelt melancholic numbers about love lost; “Valerie” sounds soooo good! While his recent preview of the track “Enemy” won’t be appearing on the album Trilogy, it’s truly exciting to hear new material from the brooding singer.
The progressive R&B artist who hails from Toronto who has been touring North America this autumn, recently signed to Universal Republic through which the album will be released – and is currently available to pre-order. Listen to the new snippets below.
