With his once highly-anticipated album The Nacirema Dream finally seeing a release date, Papoose drops the joint “What’s My Name” on his birthday to keep the fans satisfied until the street date rolls around.

Featuring his incarcerated wife Remy Ma – who is currently serving an eight year sentence in a New York Correctional Facility for shooting another female in the abdomen – the new single samples the legendary O’Jay’s record “For The Love Of Money,” which has been sampled many times over by various hip-hop artists; with Charli Baltimore probably having the most successful run with it commercially for her song “Money.” Trading bars back and forth, Pap and his wifey ride “What’s My Name” at a nice pace with something for the fellas holding their woman down to vibe to.

After more than six years of delays, Pap’s album The Nacirema Dream will be unleashed March 26th with features from Jim Jones, Mobb Deep, Mavado, and many more.

Happy Birthday Papoose. Check the track below.
