Lawsuit accuses Kanye West, Kim Kardashian of working with al-Qaeda | News

Celebrities having lawsuits filed against them is nothing new, but the latest one to hit the docket may be the most outrageous we’ve ever seen.

According to documents acquired by AllHipHop, a Brooklyn man is seeking a restraining order against Kanye West, Kim Kardashian and the entire so-called “Kardashian Clan” for putting him and the American people in imminent danger by allegedly colluding with al-Qaeda.

In a suit filed on June 21, Jonathan Lee Riches — who apparently holds the Guinness World Record for the most lawsuits filed with over 5,000 — alleges that, on June 17, he “stumbled upon the defendants … at an al-Qaeda secret training camp” deep in the hills of West Virginia. Riches claims to have seen West and the Kardashians fraternizing with al-Qaeda members and pledging allegiance to the terrorist group by burning the US flag and stomping on a photograph of Barack Obama.

The suit goes on to allege that West “performed a concert for all the al-Qaeda members,” that Kardashian matriarch Kris Jenner “was enriching uranium” and that the entire Kardashian troupe “was fracking at mines … to get fuel to make weapons of mass destruction” and vowed to donate all proceeds from their reality shows, clothing lines and websites “directly to al-Qaeda to finance and support the jihad.” Riches also claims that West is the leader of Chicago’s El Rukn street gang (an Islamic faction of the city’s Almighty Black P. Stone Nation), that Kim Kardashian is now the leader of al-Qaeda and plans to make “al-Qaeda women veils” for her Dash clothing boutique, and that Kourtney Kardashian is pregnant with the child of Ayman Al-Zawahiri, the man authorities (apparently incorrectly, according to Riches) believe is al-Qaeda’s leader.

And, as if that weren’t insane enough, Riches feels his life is danger because he says the Kardashians have repeatedly attempted to assassinate him, including once at a McDonald’s restaurant and once at Disney World.

“The Kardashians have a jihad against me,” Riches claims in his complaint. “Kim Kardashian launched a rocket at me, Bruce Jenner threw a grenade at my head, and Khloe Kardashian tried to behead me. I’m so scared of the defendants, I seek restraining orders against them.”

As unbelievable as this suit is, it’s not the first time a celebrity has been accused of terrorism.

In 2011, Valerie Joyce Wilson Turks filed a $1 trillion lawsuit against Diddy, alleging that the music and fashion mogul was responsible for the 9/11 attacks on NYC and for putting her son in the hospital. She also alleged that Diddy was the father of her 23-year-old son. Diddy’s ex-girlfriend Kim Porter and the late Rodney King were also listed as defendants in Turks’ suit.

Turks sought $900 billion in child support, and $100 billion for “loss of income.”
