Bobby Brown heading to jail for third DUI conviction

Unfortunately Bobby Brown can’t seem to stay on the right side of the law as the former New Edition singer and “King Of R&B” was sentenced to 55 days in jail after pleading No Contest to DUI charges stemming from an October arrest.

The charges against him were Driving Under the Influence and driving with a suspended license, a ban he received following his earlier DUI conviction in 2012.

The judge ordered Bobby to complete an 18-month alcohol program attend 3 Alcoholics Anonymous meetings per week until he turns himself in on 20 March. Brown also received a 4-year probation sentence.

Hopefully the time will give Bobby a chance to focus on getting his life back in order.
