Matt Martians and Syd The Kyd bring their smooth, electronic soul sounds of The Internet back to the UK this Summer, with headline shows in London and Manchester.
Building on the bedroom future-soul of the Odd Future affiliates’ 2011 debut album, Purple Naked Ladies, the Los Angeles-based duo soon grew into a five-piece band – joined by Tay Walker, Christopher A. Smith and Patrick Paige – and refined their sound for stages around the world with a progressive, acclaimed follow-up album in 2013; Feel Good, featuring collaborations with Yuna, Jesse Boykins III and Mac Miller and production from Mike Einziger and Chad Hugo.
Following the widespread positive response of Feel Good, The Internet have announced their return to the UK this Summer to deliver two headline performances: at Manchester‘s Band On The Wall on June 30th and London Jazz Cafe on July 1st.
Given the band’s growing reputation for their live performances, these shows are not to be missed. Tickets available via Ticketmaster.
