With a musical history together forever chronicled on Nas‘ 1996 It Was Written smash, “If I Ruled The World (Imagine That),” two of Hip-Hop’s most influential artists reunite as the Queensbridge veteran and Lauryn Hill embark on a brand new Life is Good/Black Rage tour together, starting in late October.
With her new single, “Black Rage,” dropping at some point this fall, Lauryn has stated that it will address the “derivative effects of racial inequality and abuse,” juxtaposing Nas’ latest album, Life Is Good, which took the world by storm this summer.
Tickets for the tour can be purchased this Friday (Sept. 21), with a few major cities having presales on Thursday.
