Ja Rule f/ Leah Sigler 'Pray 4 The Day' | Music Video

Rappers can often be faulted for becoming lazy and not giving their fans enough material, but, despite being locked up, Ja Rule is doing just the opposite.

Taken from his upcoming Pain Is Love 2 album, "Pray 4 The Day" receives the visual treatment and features footage of Rule in the studio and an oddly-placed speech from a "fan" who isn't all the way there, if you know what I mean.

The song itself features vocalist Leah Sigler and sounds like Ja is harking back to the old days when he was a a beast over the airwaves and the video channels. The guitar-driven beat has Ja speaking about his issues and the day he will return from his two-year prison sentence.

The material might not be the same, but at least Ja is trying. Take a look at the video below.
PIL 2 hits stores later this year, but you can preview the album on iTunes now!
