Clearview Productions will be presenting the Brixton Underground Film Festival from 30th September – 6th October. The pop-up film festival will showcase seven films across seven days at seven different venues, all of which will be announced 24 hours before airing.

The festival, which aims to showcase young filmmakers, will have a variety of offerings including feature films, documentaries, discussions, even director’s Q&A sessions. Organisers aim to “democratise the media and viewing experience,” bringing non-traditional film to non-traditional venues around Brixton and SW9.

The best thing about it? Entry to most screenings is £1 — that’s right, £1!

In keeping with the underground secretive vibe, their social media presence is a bit quiet for the time being. But be sure to keep an eye out for the announcements that will come as the time approaches.
